Religious fresco with St Stephen. On the left, a kneeling Saint Stephen receives a chalice from Saint Peter at an altar. Seven robed apostles watch the ceremony two of whom hold a bible and one a scroll. On the right, a monk reads a scroll and St Stephen distributes coins and bread? to a group of figures including a man who joins his hands in prayer, a man with a staff, a child, and women (widows?) with covered baskets. The two scenes are devided by a square column. In the background are cypress trees and both classical and arabic architecture including a wall, ornate capitals, a chancel and towers / minarets. Part of the surrounding frieze is also depicted. Text on image, on halos above figures, 'STEPHANVS' [twice], 'S PETRUS', ' S IACOBUS I', 'LIP', 'ANDREA', 'ACOBVS', 'S IOAMNES' and 'THÆVES'
