Detail from a religious fresco at the Sistine Chapel featuring the prophet Ezekiel. The seated, robed, figure of Ezekiel looks, and gestures with his right hand, to his right. He is bearded, barefoot and holds a scroll in his left hand. Behind him are two nude female muses? (one black?) one of whom stands on a book. Sculpted figures form part of a large stone seat. At his feet is a plaque bearing his name. Text on image, 'EZECHIEL'
